Product Update, March 2017

Here’s a quick summary of some of the things we added to our product over the last few months.

#1 Wordcloud

Display your audience questions and comments as a wordcloud. Highlight the mostly debated topics, or crowdsource ideas and visualise them instantly.

#2 Support for new languages

Assalamu ‘alaykum, Kon’nichiwa! We’ve added support for Arabic, Japanese on top of German, French and English.

#3 Audience Video Player

You can now set your videos to play on your audience’s devices – ideal if you’re running a webinar or a remote session. Be sure to keep it switched off for live in-room presentations, otherwise all devices will play it and it may be a little noisy!

#4 Event Analytics

We’ve added more event-level analytics to make it easier to analyse the success of your whole event, as well as session-by-session.

#5 Change Poll Answers

You can now choose to let your audience change their answer to polls – useful if you want to see how their views change as a topic is discussed.

#7 And all the rest…

  • We’ve simplified our audience application so that it automatically updates when new content is added to your event or sessions
  • We’ve implemented an event settings lock that prevents accidental changes
  • We’ve added support for international date and time formats – no more ‘military time’ for our American clients 🇺🇸
  • We’ve launched Custom ID Capture to give you the flexibility  of using an alternative to email for delegate registration
